Sponsorship and Gifts Your sponsorship and gifts DO make a difference. You are helping me to fight the #1 and #3 causes of death in the United States – heart disease and stroke. In addition, you are contributing to the eradication of polio worldwide - saving the lives of thousands of children. Cycle for Heart is presented by Public Health Foundation Enterprise – a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit corporation. If you would like to be a corporate sponsor or endorse this program, please send an email to Staff. $25 could give 50 people educational materials on the risks of heart diseases and stroke. $50 could give an early career scientist an American Heart Association/American Stroke Association one-year professional membership that offers access to the latest in cardiovascular and stroke research. $100 could give one hospital resources to educate patients, the public and health professionals about stroke - our No. 3 killer. $500 could teach more than 1,200 children how to avoid obesity, live longer, stronger lives through nutrition, and exercise materials. $1,000 could introduce 500 women to Go Red For Women movement and empower them to take charge of their heart health. $5,000 could provide the cultural health program, Search Your Heart, to 10 African-American or Latino/Hispanic places of worship, reaching 3,000 people with heart disease and stroke prevention information. $10,000 could bring seven heart disease or stroke survivors to the annual Heart and Stroke Lobby Day in Washington, D.C. to educate decision-makers about issues that affect the nation's cardiovascular health. The net proceeds from this fundraiser will be donated to the American Heart Association and Rotary International's Polio Plus Program
